Ausom Warranty

Ausom publishes a component-based limited warranty, not two years of blanket coverage. Its US and EU policies list the same periods below. Coverage is subject to the applicable authorized-reseller terms and assessment of the defect.

For purchases from VoltCentre, contact us first with your order number or dated receipt, serial number and clear photos or video of the issue. Ausom may require troubleshooting and an inspection return in the original or dealer-approved packaging. Water damage, collisions, unauthorized changes, misuse and punctures from sharp objects are excluded; customer-caused damage carries repair and shipping charges.

Delivery damage is separate: Ausom requires it to be reported within 14 days of receipt. Inspect the shipment, photograph damage and retain the packaging. The policy does not clearly state the start date for every component term; confirm the applicable coverage dates with us rather than assuming a new warranty starts after replacement.
