  • Minor/consumable items: 14 days

• Coverage for E-Scooters

  • Frame, motor, accelerator, controller, display, disc brake, brake & folding assemblies, lights, handlebar: 1 year

  • Battery, charger: 6 months

  • Wheel: 30 days

  • Handle-grip, saddle (D1): 14 days

  • Minor/consumable items: 14 days

• Shipping damage

  • Inspect on delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading

  • Photograph the packaging and product; keep all materials

  • Report damage within 14 days to support@eleglide.com

• How to file a claim

  1. Contact VoltCentre (or the original seller) with order/invoice number

  2. Provide serial #, photos/video and a clear description of the defect

  3. Keep/return the item in its original or approved packaging if requested

• Valid proof of purchase

  • Order number from an authorised Eleglide reseller

  • Sales invoice or dated receipt (more than one document may be required)

• Warranty is void if

  • Product is outside the warranty period, lost, stolen or complimentary

  • Damage results from water ingress, misuse, collisions, self-modifications or incompatible accessories

  • No sufficient proof of purchase

  • Unsupported firmware/software installed

• Out-of-warranty parts & repairs
