• Shipping damage

  • Inspect on delivery and note any damage on the Bill of Lading

  • Photograph the packaging and product; keep all materials

  • File a damage claim within 14 days via customer support

• How to file a warranty claim

  1. Contact VoltCentre (or your original seller) with your order/invoice number

  2. Provide the scooter’s serial number, clear photos/video, and a description of the defect

  3. Return the item in original or dealer-approved packaging if requested
