KuKirin’s published policy describes up to 24 months of limited coverage against manufacturing defects, with shorter periods for most components. It directs buyers using other purchase channels to their original seller first.

The main warranty runs from the date of purchase; wear-part replacement is listed for 14 days from receipt. Keep proof of purchase and readable product identification, and contact VoltCentre before arranging repairs. Misuse, accidents, water damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, unsupported software and normal damage are excluded. Non-covered repairs carry parts, labour and inward/return freight charges.
The policy also lists a seven-day delivery-based exchange for manufacturing faults and repair/shipping support for certain EU cases. These are not a promise of UK depot repair. Its wording about purchases elsewhere conflicts with its authorized-dealer provisions, so seller-channel eligibility needs confirmation before relying on direct manufacturer service.
