Touroll Warranty

Touroll’s component-based limited warranty starts on the original purchase date. The three-year headline applies to the frame, not every component. Purchases from unauthorized resellers are excluded; confirm the applicable seller and regional coverage with VoltCentre before purchase.

Keep your authorized-reseller order number, invoice or dated receipt. Contact VoltCentre with the serial number, a description of the defect and clear photos or video. Troubleshooting and an inspection return in original or dealer-approved packaging may be required. Modifications, incompatible accessories, unsupported firmware, improper use, water damage, loss and theft are excluded. Customer-caused damage carries repair and shipment costs.

Freight damage has a separate 14-day reporting deadline from receipt. Inspect before accepting delivery where possible, photograph damage and retain packaging and documents.
