The Velowave Prado S is a step-through everyday bike with smaller fat-tyre wheels, swept-back bars and an integrated rear rack for errands and relaxed rides. A removable 48V 15Ah LG-cell battery (720 Wh), 20 × 4-inch Kenda fat tyres and hydraulic disc brakes give it a useful mix of comfort, control and range. A Shimano seven-speed drivetrain lets you choose a comfortable pedalling cadence as the route changes.

Check standover clearance and saddle adjustment rather than relying only on a height range. Manufacturer imperial/metric height conversions are approximate. The Prado S source lists conflicting overall lengths, so use the standover and saddle measurements above when assessing fit.

Velowave Warranty
New Velowave bikes purchased after March 22, 2024 have a limited manufacturer warranty against material and workmanship defects. It is for the original retail buyer with continuous ownership and is not transferable or available for used bikes.

Velowave’s dealer terms supplied to VoltCentre start coverage from delivery. Its public policy also refers to purchase dates for some components, so retain both the dated receipt and delivery confirmation. The dealer terms specify at least 75% of original battery capacity within the covered period.
For defective parts, the manufacturer lists replacement with free shipping within the first 30 days of the bike order; after that, the customer pays return shipment costs. Normal-wear parts such as brake pads, chains, bearings, grips, cables and spokes are excluded, although discretionary replacement may be offered within 60 days. Misuse, abuse, unauthorized alteration, natural disasters and maintenance contrary to the manual are excluded.
